These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website shopfindbiz.com, our browser extension, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By installing the extension, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers
• If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services
• Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. Where you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

ShopFindBiz is a Shopify store analysis and competitive intelligence platform. Our browser extension and web dashboard analyze publicly available data from Shopify storefronts and present insights such as store metrics, product catalogs, pricing history, tag and social signals, supplier information, and change monitoring.

• Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• Insights are derived from public data and automated analysis
• Features may be added, changed, or discontinued over time
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our browser extension and to access the Services for your internal business purposes.

• Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law
• Do not circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or technical protection measures
• Do not use automated means to access the Services other than the extension we provide

The Services are offered under Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. The Free plan is available at no charge. Pro is billed at the price displayed on our Pricing page, and Enterprise is offered under a custom quote. Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

• Free plan: basic store info, limited product list, tag analysis, social scan, and publish timeline
• Pro plan: unlimited product export, supplier and price tracking, dynamic monitoring, and priority support
• Enterprise plan: API access, white-label options, and dedicated account management
• A 7-day Pro trial is available where offered and does not require a credit card to start

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of analyzed data complies with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party website.

• Do not use the Services for any unlawful, infringing, or deceptive purpose
• Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute analyzed data as a competing service
• Do not place unreasonable load on, or attempt to disrupt, third-party websites or our infrastructure
• Do not use the Services to harass, defame, or harm any person or business
• Comply with applicable export control, data protection, and anti-spam laws

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Services analyze publicly available storefront data and do not grant you ownership of that underlying data.

• You are responsible for how you use the insights generated by the Services
• We may aggregate anonymized data to improve our analytics and benchmarks
• You must not use the Services to collect personal data in violation of applicable law

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including our software, interface, trademarks, and content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms
• You retain ownership of the data and files you upload or create
• You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Services

The Services and all insights are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Store metrics, revenue estimates, traffic figures, and similar values are estimates derived from publicly available signals and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

• Insights are for informational purposes and are not professional or financial advice
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data
• We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Services
• Third-party storefronts may change their structure and affect analysis results

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the insights provided
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShopFindBiz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.

• On termination, your license to use the extension and Services ends immediately
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
• Refunds, if any, are governed by our Payment & Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of shopfindbiz.com, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us so that we may attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith.
